Razan Al Arayedh 14-Day Return Policy


At Razan Al Arayedh, we are committed to delivering high-quality, elegant designs and a seamless customer experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:





1. Eligibility for Returns



1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.


1.2. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or other damage.


1.3. Items marked as “Sale” or “Custom” are not eligible for return.


1.4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.


1.5. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.


1.6. In-person purchases (e.g., from pop-ups or events) can be exchanged during the event period but are not eligible for store credit.


1.7. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.




2. Return Shipping



2.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable courier with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.


2.2. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.





3. Inspection and Approval



3.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.


3.2. If the return is approved, we will issue store credit.


3.3. Once approved, a handling fee (based on location) will be deducted from your store credit.
